Cute? story...characterization great...

I really enjoyed this story. I just love tough, smart, hero Danny and when some whump is thrown in too, that just tops it off. Good to see Danny's heroic actions acknowledged, too.

Superb Fanfiction! The hostage situation, whump and the climax - all in all were awesome. Enjoyed reading it.

Hi, I have not been on the site in a long time or I would have seen that the title of your story was so very close to the one I chose. So sorry about being an almost copy-cat. So I read the whole six chapters on my phone while sitting in the Social Security office waiting our turn to notify them of my mom-in-laws death. It made the wait much more pleasant, so thanks.
I see that we tended to think along some of the same lines...you have not too bright young men in your story as well. Thankfully...that is the only parallel and I promise my story travels in a different direction. I hate to mimic other people's stories and I wanted you to know that I wasn't practicing a minor theft...LOL. I appreciated the kind review you gave me.
This was very entertaining and I liked how it developed and how you finished things off with some lovely ohana time. When I get time to spend reading more here I will seek out your other stories. JAT

This was a great story. I loved all the suspense and excitement, the Danny whump, and the way he came through to save the others in the store, despite his injuries. He truly was a hero and deserves the commendation. The ending was very heartwarming with all of his ohana surrounding him with love.

I didn't know you were British until I read "don't you two look like a right pair..." That was the first time I caught it.
