Loved it. The concept was unusual and sentimental. It seem really realistic too. Like you can imagine Amelia would feel that way, having lost her son and then April being annoyed is very April-like! Now I totally ship this friendship. Amelia could do with some friends in Seattle. I can see her forming a friendship with *Spoiler* Meredith's other sister, and maybe Callie. Or I'd love her and Mer to get closer even though I want Alex to become her person!

This is such an awesome piece of fic. I really wanna see the two of them as friends now, because they both could use a female friend! :) The line about how Amelia notices that when she wished Meredith a Happy Mother's Day, she didn't get a "you, too" back, that just broke my heart. And the line about April annoyed everyone wanting to touch her tummy was so her hehe.

And so awesome that you wrote this and then the show had Jackson reveal to a patient that he and April are expecting when the patient asked him a question similar like this. Great work!
