I REALLY wish this could've been longer. will you make another one that continues from this? you did an AMAZING job! I think this is how the storyline should have played out!

I love the originality of this story as well as your other OUAT stories about Rumplestiltskin and Baelfire, and how they finally mended their fences. Thanks for writing and sharing this with the rest of us. Hope to read more stories written by you.

Sorry I don't have many words right now for how much I love this story. I just want to let you know that I really, really, really do.

Well this was definitely a step in Rumple learning how to make a true sacrifice, but something tells me he's not finished quite yet. He's almost there, but the price is not quite finished. Or if it is, then Bae's fate hasn't been changed yet, and that will require yet more sacrifice, probably.

No complaints about the length of the chapter here. I'm glad they finally had that conversation. I always wonder why it's the guy's job to do the asking, and the girl's job to wait for the question. I'm glad Belle was the one who brought it up again.

Just a note - you may know this, but so many fic writers get confused about the difference between worse and worst: it's the same as the difference between better and best. It's shown up a couple of times.

Love this story, by the way. It's delightful. I'm glad you're not totally doing away with the price, both of saving Henry from being left behind and of Rumple not dying. But it's going to be different. He doesn't quite get it yet, I think, the sacrifice thing. I really hope Bae doesn't have to die, though.

Just letting you know that near the top you had Neal say "Trader" instead of "Traitor" and I'm pretty sure you didn't mean to.

I very nice story, though if I can put a bug in your ear, i'd like to read one where Emma insists she still the sheriff when they get to the Enchanted forest, despite being considered a princess, and having to learn magic, and being a single mother which was a HUGE no no one would expect.

Other wise LOVE the story, you did a great job.

*happy sigh* Ahh. This was beautiful and so wonderfully done. Rumple and Pan were so accurately portrayed, it just blows my mind. Loved every moment of this!

This was incredibly good. I loved the characterization and storyline. You managed to touch pretty well on all your major pairings while still moving the story forward. The interactions between Rumple, Bae, and Henry were all great, and I think you do the father-son dynamic very well. Pan was more of a passive villain than I expected, but I did like that he killed Zelena because he thought she'd killed Rumple, it was an interesting reaction that showed there was still something underneath everything else that cared for his son.

I was happy you pretty much sidelined the love triangle with Emma, Neal, and Hook. Truth be told, I never was that invested in who Emma ended up with. It might be odd, since she's technically one of the main characters of the series, but I always liked the fairy tale characters more, Emma was more there to fill the role of the audience. To that end, I pretty much am happy with whoever she gets paired with (Jefferson, August, Neal, Hook, Regina, etc.) so long as it's done well, and you did.

All in all, a fun story. One I truly enjoyed, and I look forward to going through the rest of your stories.
