Wow! I love each word in this fic. I love the interaction between Tamsin and Lauren. I had no idea you're the same writer of Tesselations, one of my favourite Doccubus stories.

I really hope you may want to write a novel with Copdoc as an endgame, similar to Tesselations (there are so few Copdoc fics without Bo involving as a rival). It would be amazing because I absolutely love your writing.

Oh you big copdoc/blt tease! How I love a good Lauren/Tamsin/Bo conundrum by Merle's! These ladies are complex on a good day. In your hands, they're freaking chess wrapped in a maze with a side of a rubric's cube! Tamsin trying to find the meaning of life after Kenzi goes to hell is fascinating. I love that she found that meaning and value in Lauren's laugh. Bo is really ambiguous here. I don't know that she's learned anything about how to be with and keep Lauren, but still, she has her. I think that's what's funky and funny a bout this. They are all just, kinda there. Why though? How long can they be good with this before shifting into something more, whatever? Tamsin seems to be anchoring herself to something or someone she can't have in Lauren. What will come of that? We don't know because this is a one shot! ;) I appreciate the diversion from Connie and Tessy though;). Thanks...and feel free to distract us anytime with your fresh copdoc/turkey blt interludes:)!

Lovely. Really sweet and honest to characters. You write these two really well together, here and in Connoisseurs. Of course you realise in these scenarios you're perfectly setting up for BLT (at least that's always where my mind goes)...;)

Thanks for sharing your writing talents across CopDoc and Doccubus. It's very very much appreciated by those of us that adore and are open to both. I personally hope to see more.

Get over it Guest. I thought it was an interesting and refreshing story having between written from Tamsin's POV. And I liked how there was a little angst but not so much that I felt like a high school freshman living in a soap opera. Well done Merle. I am excited for your other stories to update.

Oh wow, what an amazing story! I really enjoyed reading about this all from Tamsin's POV & the images it conjured w/ wanting to shed her skin as well as the ugly cracks that were exposed before Kenzi was rescued. Interesting that Lauren is the one that went with her on the case, and even though she wanted to spend time with Bo she still tense when she kissed her on the cheek. I like how you wrote her response to the movie on tv, just enough to remind us of her time there. It was cute watching them interact with each other and something that it was the first time she heard Lauren laugh. Oh, and Tamsin's reaction to how she turned Evony human...the best yet!
