I love how this is both a platonic fic centered around Anna and Elsa's sisterhood, while also showing the BROTP that is Elsa/Kristoff. I love how they interact, how canon-sounding they are, and how sweet and feelsy it all is! *SQUEEEE*

Your reputation precedes you. I have never read anything written by you but have read many things written by others about you. I figured it was high time I went directly to the horses mouth and saw what all the buzz was about. :)

I was looking for something short and sweet. I accidentally stumbled into one of your "M" stories by mistake. Great writing, but not really my thing. Then I found this little gem.

You got me hooked here: "She starts as large, rough hands cover hers, pull them gently from her face, and she almost wants to cry at the gentleness in Kristoff's eyes." Yeah, I almost wanted to cry at the gentleness of those words. Way to pull on the ol' heartstrings.

Then you hit me with this line: "it's not the voice of a queen, but of an orphaned girl in a locked room, far away from her parents' graves." More plucking at those strings, but not so gently anymore.

Then you made me laugh with this: "She talks in her sleep, you know. Sometimes. I think she talks so much when she's awake that she just kind of keeps going even when she's asleep."

Then you had to go and almost make me cry with this: "Thank you for being my sister. Even when I wasn't yours." I hated your story and loved it all at the same time for that!

I'm officially a human roller coaster now. You had me laughing out loud at this: "If there's anything I can do, just let me know"..."I would like neices and nephews," she says, straightening a few papers and fixing him with a regal stare. "A lot of them."

But darn you for not letting us hear Elsa's speech! Aarrgh! Do you subscribe to the Joss Whedon school of writing? He famously said: "Find out what your audience wants and then never give it to them." :)

Such a great little story complemented by excellent writing. I hope this review manages to send a little brightness your way, casting a tiny ray of light into the gloom we all have to deal with from time to time.

Also YES there needs to be much more platonic Elsa/Anna and also much more nonromantic Elsa/Kristoff. It's not even like there's really that many Elsanna shippers, it's just that they write so much of the fanfiction. For the number of people I see who want sister bonding fics, I don't understand why there isn't more stuff out there.
This was wonderful! I love all the stuff of yours I read, which is everything but the smut. And this is definitely one of my new favorites, up there with Candle in the Window (haha I mostly don't read the smut except the sisters at the beginning of that fic are so perfect) and... oh gosh... what's it called... the one where Elsa offers Kristoff a room. And then the puppy one from a couple weeks ago. Anyway, you're fantastic. I love your fics. Good to see you posting stuff again! You're one of the best authors in the fandom. Seriously.
