Quarantine has me reading through every page of Castle fanfic. I've been trying to rectify my "lurking" habits and resolve to review in 2020! I had never read this one before. Thanks for writing, great job!

What really made this good was that Lanie was charged to go to Kate's and found Castle the way he was. That was priceless. I really enjoyed the conversation Kate and Lanie had over it. It appears that Lanie gained some respect for Kate and some mental images of Castle that she won't soon forget.

I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation Kate and Castle had when he arrived. His punishment for her was a little lack luster and I think Kate realized it immediately. Although Castle's comment at the end makes me think differently.

I love this.
