estatica chapter 1 . 3/25/2015
Awful! I think that's what Crane would say if he read something inspiring and wonderful as I have. I'm only sad that I haven't read your work sooner. You write their characters so well that it makes me crave for more of your stories. Season 2 wasn't nearly as good as season 1, but they managed to set things straight in the finale, so I hope you haven't given up on the show and will continue to write more about these two. Thank you so much for this piece!

Beautifully written and stuffed with history and atmosphere- you can practically feel the snow outside and the warm glow of the fireplace inside. Then the bittersweet ending...just lovely. Gret job :)

Awww...what a sweet story :)

I have enjoyed both romance and gen fics for SH, but i think this is the best so far at matching the tone of the show as far as the cameraderie and lurking UST is concerned. All hail Jedi Buttercup, She Who Masters Many Fandoms. If you were writing tie-in novels for things you'd give Christie Golden serious competition as my fave!

Lovely piece. Great plot idea too. Thank you for sharing this.
Dina C chapter 1 . 5/8/2014
very atmospheric - I could feel the cold, smell the fireplace, hear the pop of the wood, and definitely sensed the romantic tension between them. Thanks for sharing.

Ichabbie 3

In all seriousness, I love the way you write Ichabod and Abbie Mills. This was a sweet piece and of course Ichabod would be the perfect gentleman and not want to sit directly next to Abbie Mills. Thank you for writing.
