"As long as Death remains...", huh? When Dean killed Death, did she die? There was no Death for a while, but the first Reaper to die after Death became the new Death. If Hermione died when Death was killed, would she come back to life? Nice fic, but I found the end the end to be a bit sad and depressing. It makes sense that Sam would live longer than Dean, because he takes better care of his body.

Sniff. And I don't even watch Supernatural.
