This is oh so good.. You wrote a beautiful piece of story here, simply amazing with the imagery so powerful yet so true to the characters. When you comparing Jane to the the sea and the wind, it gave me a start, how very true! Jane's like that "nothing to grasp and nothing to hold on to".
That was absolutely brilliant.
Also love the not overly angsty tone of the whole thing - just right amount of angst and great writing!

So beautiful and so sad :') Love the progression of each encounter from beginning to end, there's a real arc that's lovely. Great observations on Jane's character and Lisbon's experience of trying to be close to someone who rarely shares anything of his real self with the world. Great job! (sniffle ;) ) x
