CarolinaGirl the pacing of this story is deliciously perfect; especially the way you did a bit of backstory showing our heroes have fully recovered and are now pursing a romance in addition to their continued work relationship. (Ahhh, squealing w/ joy).

I luv how Jocelyn challenges John. She makes him step up his game in every area. Her drunken, seductive drink orders and her encouraging tidbits to be a better bartender makes John adore her more. I really like how John kept his cool while getting Joss tipsy. He knew he was going to sex her when he called her to come over ("I've got exactly what you need and it's stiff too").

He's so alpha male: in complete control over her, even when she's seducing him. WOW, the shoes, the glass table, his visual seduction, his tongue, his fingers, his rhythm. OMG, I need an e-cigarette this story is so hot. I will re-read this story multiple times.

I really enjoyed your story. Sorry it took me so long to get to read it. I remembered you mentioned writing a story, about john going undercover as a bartender; from the poi chat. Joss was treading on rather thin ice. It seems that she thought up every sexual and smutty drink titles. She did accomplished her goal. She did totally distract john. A few drinks he didn't know how to make. Joss got her point across to john, that he has to stay alert, and not let any customer distract him, especially the ladies. Bravo you wrote their sex scenes, with taste. You were very descriptive, and I could visualize every move they made, every touch, and every kiss. It got very hot very quick. John gave joss all she had asked for. It was so good to joss, she had to get up and cook her man breakfast.

Oh. My. Goodness. This was HAWT! Whew! I needed a cigarette after reading it and I don't even smoke! Great job!

This was... whew! *fans self. This was amazing Cf, really. It had everything and I enjoyed it from beginning to end. I liked Carter's introspection at the start, I liked the playful banter between her and Reese and I liked that simmering attraction that you could just feel between them. It was funny when he was practicing his bartender skills and I liked that they were just having fun together at his place. It got sexier and sexier as did the drink names and I recognized a few! LOL loved loved loved the smut! Had to pause a few times, okay...it was very visual and well written. Great one shot overall. Adding to my faves list.
