If he had decided to be a criminal, Mycroft would have been able to catch him. Not committing crimes, but rather solving them, is 'brother-proof'. Sort of bullet-proof, only better. Fun ficlet!

Young Sherlock Holmes, love it! I kinda wish the show would do one episode of Sherlock in his school days. I think there was one story in the cannon written about Sherlock in university. Ryan Cartwright would probably do it justice; he looks a little bit like Benedict Cumberbatch a tad younger.
