I think you need to add some drama and angst to this story. Everyone in it is too happy and carefree. Also pairing Naruto with Sakura would be ridiculous, as Naruto would have no self respect or dignity for himself. If he can so easily ignore and forgive how badly she treated him growing up and always being 2nd best in comparison to Sasuke in her eyes. Go with Hinata, at least with her Naruto has never been 2nd best and she truly loves him.

The only pairings I don't like are the canon ones. Kishi shat on them so bad I can't even tolerate them in fic, so for Naruto's ship, I vote anyone but Hinata. Sasuke doesn't need a ship because I don't think he was ever interested in romance, but if you do, put him with anyone but Sakura. Sakura was interested in romance, so you can give her a ship if you want. I don't care who you put her with, so long as it isn't Sasuke.

I loved it. I think you sufficiently moved into training without ignoring the fact that he is mad and still is. He can move into training without fully forgiving them. That is probably the most realistic option.
I like the detail you put into how the Kurama and Naruto became friends. I like that Naruto apologized for the desk. It was true to Naruto's humble heart.
As for your update schedule and so forth, do not worry about timing so much. It's nice to have frequent updates, it helps keep people's interest and they don't have to refresh their memory as often, but good writing cannot be forced. So relax, don't stress, and let the writing flow when you feel like writing. It is and art and it comes from the heart and mind of the writer whenever that writer is feeling creative. Enjoy your writing, we'll be here to read it whenever you post. :)
As for pairings, I will always prefer Naru/Hina. I always felt like Naruto deserved to have the person who appreciated him before he was a hero. Hinata always saw and appreciated his heart and who he was as a person. I think that is beautiful and he does deserves that.
Whichever way you choose, I will still read and enjoy the story. I don't dislike any other pairings, just like this one a lot more than the others.

I'd say pair naruto with Shizuka as she seems great and i barely see her paired up with naruto and when she does its usually a harem.

Just started reading this story and I lot it a lot. I may be too late to give my suggestions, but I'll give them and you can do what you want with them.
As far as Sasuke's and itachi's eyes, I think it would be cool if they shared both sets, like each one gets one from sasuke and one from itachi. Cause then they would be connected and share the same Kamui space thing.
As far as pairings go, I always prefer cannon pairings, so Naruto/Hinata, but I don't like hate the others or anything.
Anyway, keep up the good work.

A Good story, but pairing Sakura with Sasuke doesn't make any sense? I mean if Sasuke returned a few years ago wouldn't she already be with him by now. Hinata should be the pairing considering she's always loved Naruto and would have waited for him to return. Also, when are you going to create a poll for the pairing question?

Don't dye Naruto's hair in red. When you love someone from your heart you don't need show it by doing dying your in red or doing something different. They will love you as you are, real love is not about showing its about what you feel in deep within your heart. And if you notice his face is actually more like Kushina.

And there is one more reason for not telling him about his parents that if they tell him when he became genin, he will shout it to the world, he is like that in past, doing many things that is not needed, although he just want attention.

As for pairing I think Sakura is good for Naruto.

And about training, You can't train in chakra chains till it activated and it only activated when you are in a life-death situation. Learning water style is good, there is many cool jutsu you can do with water and give water element to Sakura also with one more affinity. Then Naruto and Sakura can do training together.

Change Naruto's character but not much. We sometime like how his smile can bright up someone's life.
