Blue jumped on a live grenade. He shouldn't even be in one piece, let alone alive. Grenades are extremely deadly weapons. Still, nothing a bit of plot maneuvering can't fix.

I'm still a bit worried about Red being overpowered, but we'll have to see what happens with time. As for the interchange between Koga and Green, I got a bit worried about the logical consequences of that little tussle. Assaulting a superior officer is an extremely grave offense in the military. Perhaps these guys don't have a cohesive structure, but that sort of infighting would be punished very, very hard in the real world.

Anywho, keep up the good work! I'll be sure to read on when the next chapters come out!

Aha! I'm glad to see someone basing a fanfic on the Adventures continuity. That particular manga was one of my favorites, so I'm very glad to see its characters here. Your story is well-written, though I noticed you had a problem with repeated words ("to his credit" three times in a paragraph, for example).

Be careful with Red as a high-powered character! It's difficult to properly write someone who is insanely strong. There's nothing wrong with this chapter in particular in having to do with that, but I'm worried about the future. Some strong limiters on his powers or other psychological issues that are severely threatening would be very nice. Please don't turn his limitations into manly, angsty suffering. I would hate to see that happen.

Otherwise, I greatly enjoyed this chapter! On to chapter 2!
