Reviews for Desperate Decisions
AngorMike chapter 1 . 1/29
Very good and gripping beginning!

I wonder what would have happened if Ba'al had managed to take out the Asgard back home, only to get blindsided by the replicators. The replicators would only have needed one ship to change the entire war. Gray Goo on a galactic scale...
Emporer Bloodfire chapter 1 . 10/2/2019
the vulcans created red matter not the romulans
Ariel Schnee chapter 5 . 2/18/2019
Well, now I don't like the story anymore.

Why didn't she try top communicate with the Asurans and see what they wanted? She just opened fire on them. It had been 10,000 years. Maybe they changed? Maybe they wanted peace? I read fics before where they did just that. She didn't even give them a chance.

And she doesn't even seem to regret wiping out an entire species... without finding out what they were like!

1. Numbered/labeled universes within a single multiverse.
2. Numbered/labeled multiverses within a single megaverse.
3. Numbered/labeled megaverses within the evermore growing more complicated and advanced along with growing in size Omniverse.
4. Numbered/labeled Incarnations of the Omniverse.
This is because even if it is true that a single multiverse can have universes that are truely open systems and involve more than just sub-franchise crossovers but also cross franchise/Intercompany crossovers. At the same time a single multiverse could involve closed systems that doesn't do cross franchise/Intercompany crossovers and sometimes/rarely do subfranchise crossovers if that. That is why a constantly reincarnated growing in size and complexity/advanced Omniverse that contains a growing number of megaverses that contain an Infinite number of multiverses that contain an Infinite number of universes that involve an Infinite number of open and closed cosmic/reality ecosystems. This honestly despite what anyone else says and thinks is the very best structure. However how the Omniverse can/could be remaining Interconnected is by its various parts/components through time travel, subfranchise crossovers, cross franchise/Intercompany crossovers, and cosmic/reality comparative autonomy. In adjacent to how mostly each and every multiversal and megaversal earth primes are interconnected to each other and the Omniversal earth prime. Along with all the multiversal and megaversal earth primes originates from the Omniversal earth prime through the microevolution to macroevolution evolutionary process. But the very first earth otherwards Omniversal earth prime could have been created by a truly Omnipresent (creating something from nothing possibly by just by speaking) Creator Divinity and then choosing to use the microevolution to macroevolution evolutionary(survival of the fittest) process in order to develop Cosmic Infinite reality diversity. In a similar fashion to the Theistic Evolutionists beliefs of the very first microorganisms being created by a Truely Omnipresent (creating something from nothing just by speaking) Creator Divinity and then choosing to use the microevolution to macroevolution evolutionary (survival of the fittest) process in order to develop biological diversity. You can use my fanfiction series storyline in order to attempt at furnishing a structure in how your fanfiction series storyline fits in/links to the Omniverse. My fanfiction series storyline is called "the Mysterious Time Lords and Doctor Who" Fanfiction Series.

I am informing you of this because most of the fanfiction Intercompany crossover stories just accept using a single Intercompany crossover multiverse storyline rather than the entire Omniverse. I am informing you of this because even if your story is great to tell the truth it is missing the Doctor Who Franchise which in fact the races from that particular franchise would add both potentially more advanced technology and a bit more complicated challenges. Despite how advanced the Ancients(Alterans) are the Time Lords(Galliferiyans are in fact more advanced.

Then here are organizations that would be useful to both Stargate and Star Trek.

PappyOldGuy chapter 13 . 8/19/2018
Exciting and (well enough written in my opinion) very good story. I like it, I like it a lot! It seems to be meshing the realities quite well, and I can hardly wait (but I will) to see where it all goes. I do know this, when someone who is not the creator of a character, writes about them, it is to have them do something that the creator doesn't want to or didn't think of. I know that I always think of my favorite characters doing things, I have never read of in books or seen them doing in movies. I think it is fantastic that others (here in "FanFiction") are actually writing their stories of what they want them to do in a "What If" world. For those who complain that the characters would not do this or that, forget them. You need to write this first for yourself, and then for the rest of us who do enjoy your take on what just might, could, should, would and probability (if a frog had wings, his ass wouldn't bump the ground nearly so often) can happen. I do know this as well, I am enjoying it and will follow it as long as you will write it. Also, do NOT feel pushed to post, sometimes the words and thoughts just flow and sometimes you have to cogitate for a bit. Just learn to let them grow at their own pace and those of us who appreciate them will be here to read them when they are posted.

Thank you so much for sharing.

A very interesting start to what promises to be a really good story. I have read quite a number of Star Trek stories, and most have been good. It looks like it will likely take a few chapters to get all your main characters and store line fleshed out, but with the hints provided I like where I see this going, as I am also a very big fan of the Stargate universe.

Thanks for sharing!

Not much to criticize here, its pretty good. Just a few little things. "in route" is wrong, it is actually "en route". The rest of what I spotted is just minor phrasing things, and just bug my grammar instincts. They aren't actually incorrect and phrasing is really just a matter of preference, and that varies between authors. I really like the story so far, and I am quite eager to keep reading.

Well, I hope you update...soon. I found this story and the sequel 2 years ago. I was looking forward towards the next updates...but they never happened.
Guest chapter 12 . 6/23/2016
Your story was good. Not great, but good. Your writing proficiency is adequate, some spelling and grammatical error but on the low side, so nothing really critical. "Sight" instead of "site", that kind of thing.
Some original plot elements, which is always nice. I liked the premise also. I was very pleased with the “dark” side of the good guys, when it comes to dealing with their enemies. A lot of writers are very whitegood guys, blackbad guys, and never shall there be any areas of gray. Well done on that.
The main "problem" with your story, if you call it a problem, was the very thing you recognized.
Curbstomp.
It worked, after a fashion, but the result was never in doubt. And I don't mean that the good guys would just win, but win completely. A bit more doubt in the result would have added to the tension which I find helps the overall enjoyment of a story.
Having said that I enjoyed the story and thank you for writing it. On to your sequel.
