I don't hit follow, I get harassed, and it seems one of my favorite 40k authors has another 8 stories.

Ah well.

Decent little story thus far, although the length tells me it'll be small, but likely enjoyable as usual.

Awesome finale. Very well written- I found the bit referring to the one in ten chance of penetration to be pretty funny, as well as the sex scene between Slaneesh and the Emperor.

Good chapter. I'm enjoying the camaraderie between the soldiers, and Valia is a great protagonist that is as relatable as you can get in the universe of 40k.

Interesting introduction. It seems like you have a good grip on the character of each regiment, and I look forward to seeing how they interact.

Ha ha ha! I see you included some references to the tabletop game yourself! And um, well, that was kind of anticlimatic, but I guess Valia's laspistol hitting the guy and wounding him must have something to do with Valentine's psychic powers. Or not. I don't know.

And the Space Marines had to come down and save the poor Imperial Guardsmen once again. Oh well. Sigh. At least we tried.

Valia isn't a coward. Rather, I bet people like her are more common among the Imperial Guard than say, Ciaphas Cain, who's just extraordinarily lucky (and extremely fun to read). Good to see you throwing the grimdark of them all into the story (Valia using her friend as a meat shield) and mixing in humor like the Orgyn's antics. The guy is awesome!

Ha ha ha! I couldn't stop laughing when the Ogryn spoke up, proving R40592 wrong! That was hilarious! Great job there!

I see you included soldiers from various Imperial Guard regiments in the story. There's one you're missing, though! If you're talking about Imperial Guards you must absolutely include the Valhallan Ice Warriors! Or a Commissar! Nah, of course not, you'll have to include the Tallarn Desert Raiders, the Vostroyan, the Elysian Drop Troops and Armageddon Steel Legion to name a few. Forget I said that. Ha ha.

I can't wait to read the rest of the story!

They have a good dynamic and the characters have a good amount of characterization, though some grammar errors and (in my opinion) the character knowing a bit too much lessens the quality a bit.
