rachel625 chapter 46 . 7/16 Great story! |
Rebecca Rowland chapter 34 . 1/3 Forgot to mention this last chapter... What is it the rings were supposed to do? Did I miss the explanation somehow (Carmen gave them to Edward "for the girls"; then in the clearing Bella tells them to smash the rings, though Alice isn't wearing hers; then last chapter when they started talking about the courtroom the rings came up again and how Carmen was the one to give them to Edward, and them wondering if she knew what the rings did). I was going to ask when Bella said smash them, but I figured you'd explain in due course. Now, however, I feel as though I'm missing something. :( |
Rebecca Rowland chapter 33 . 1/3 Just a quick note for the sake of accuracy (though someone else has probably already mentioned it by now)... the state of Washington does not have the death penalty. ;) |
Siriusmunchkin chapter 37 . 9/24/2018 Someone just needs to kill Alice, permanently. The world would be a much better place. |
ChristyWIX chapter 46 . 8/28/2018 Well, there is the end. I still would really like to know what your original plan was for this story, before you took the twist and went down this different pathway instead. You can feel how different the beginning of the story is from a little past the halfway point through to the end. Vastly different. It is two completely different stories, all tied into one story. So odd. |
ChristyWIX chapter 44 . 8/28/2018 Why is any of this necessary to the plot of this story? Charlie had his justice. It was done with so many chapters ago. It is absolutely no surprise at all that he was ready to kill Bella. He was so detached from her since the accident. Had been beating her. No, no surprise there at all. She is the one that is holding on to him for some stupid reason. It really is quite the shame he didn't get lost from her thoughts during transformation. |
ChristyWIX chapter 43 . 8/28/2018 Well, that explains Carmen and Eleazar's involvement. I am glad they saw the light and got away from the sisters. Too bad the sisters couldn't see that the Volturi were lying to them. They all died and will never know the lie. Annnnnnnd, once again Bella is selfishly thinking of something completely irrelevant. It really sucks that she didn't lose him from her memories when she turned and got her memories of her mother back in their stead. Then she wouldn't even know about him or him impending doom. Edward should just tell her to let it go already and just be glad he is locked away. It should be forever but, justice didn't work that way. She obsesses over the weirdest crap. |
ChristyWIX chapter 42 . 8/28/2018 Once again, she had to be rescued. Ugh. Then, they get back to their new house and they are talking about such random stuff. I see her mind is once again off and running in twelve different directions and none where it should be. At least you are consistent, I'll give you that. Why, after they just faced death and survived it, is she selfishly talking about being an author? WTH? His whole family could've died their final and real death, along with them, and she is blathering on about being an author! Really? |
ChristyWIX chapter 41 . 8/28/2018 Half of this chapter we just finished reading in BPOV last chapter. Once again Bella's extreme weakness is highlighted here. Are they sure that she fully changed to vampire? She is so weak and meek. Perhaps she should just be killed off. The whole family will have to protect her constantly and that would be exhausting after a week, let alone an eternity. |
ChristyWIX chapter 40 . 8/28/2018 Your vampire Bella has got to be the weakest one I have ever read. Both in her abilities and her mind. She can't keep on one thought at a time. She is all over the place and it is very dangerous. She is up against what most likely will be the biggest threat of her existence and her ability just vanishes. Ugh. This story had so very much potential and it seems like you just gave up on her and them once Charlie was dealt with. To the point that I wonder if this was even the ending you planned originally or if it changed mid way through writing it. |
ChristyWIX chapter 39 . 8/28/2018 Ugh . . . dragging and dragging and dragging this out . . . |
ChristyWIX chapter 38 . 8/28/2018 This is my first time reading your stuff and I am saddened at how long you drag out the inevitable. Hopefully it is tomorrow in their world, so it can be over with already. Odd that neither Bella nor Alice have said that anybody lives through this. That neither know that they will or won't. Which is strange considering they did when the Denali's came through. And again when the nomads came through. Which leads me to believe they are not making it out okay or, both women would have said there was nothing to worry about, they are fine once the Volturi leave. |
ChristyWIX chapter 37 . 8/28/2018 These chapters are getting shorter and shorter. For having so much talk about the wedding, there was no talk of the wedding itself. Strange. At least they are married, as that is what Bella wanted. That and her wedding night. |
ChristyWIX chapter 36 . 8/28/2018 I thought the death sentence was too easy as well. I was bummed that he was going to get off that easy. I wanted the ex-policeman in gen pop so he could get his ass kicked daily by bigger men. He deserves so much more than a simple death. |
ChristyWIX chapter 35 . 8/28/2018 Emmett's point of view was pretty funny. I did like that Alice thought to throw together a small wedding rather quickly. Eloping is for some but, not for all. Small and intimate will always have my vote. It is what I always wanted and had. I hope they can figure out how to fight this themselves and not rely solely upon Bella. That is not fair at all. At least Rose was the one that noticed that she was weakened. That her eyes were black even though she had just hunted. |
