Mad props for writing Son Chi-Chi! This is a great topic and theme. Love it. And I also love your clever inclusions of the fire and Chi-Chi's background.

Also, I kind of liked the programming metaphor. It is an interesting contrast to the vivacious and emotional fire that characterizes Chi-Chi here because it is... Mechanical!

Gosh, you did an excellent job. Dark fics like this can be so challenging to compose, but you did it fabulously! I honestly had no idea what she was going to wish for until the end (I thought she wanted a chance to ask him 'why? ').
I agree with you on Chichi. She had a lot of potential, but was underdeveloped (as are most DBZ female characters) It was nice to read story on her where she isn't a reading harpy raining everybody's parade.
