I loved the show growing up and this is hilarious, if you ever write more for it I'll be back to read it

But, the never ending story did end, you know, with Bastian loosing all his memories, and Atreyu and Flacor deciding they would take care of all the problems Bastian created in Fantasia (during his tyrannical rule of the place, when he was currupted by the god like power Humans have in Fantasia) so Bastian could go home after he was defeated and did some soul searching, I’m talking about the book, not the movie.

Wait a second... How do you define something as a loophole? By its own nature, people don’t really know about Loopholes until someone uses them for the first time, in which case they tend to be fixed, or they were put in the rules intentionally for whatever reason, like a special clause in a law that states you may ignore the law in certain situations if certain criteria are met, like how a Police-officer is allowed to ignore the speed limit during a chase. So either Timmy would have to discover a loophole that is (at the very least) not officially known by the Fairy Government, or was officially put in the Fairy Government, either way he’s not technically breaking the rules. And how do they confirm the intents of his wishes, if he (to give an example) wishes that some doctor/scientist will finally discover the secret to advance cybernetics (like the stuff you would see out of Cyberpunk (the game) or Shadowrun), and then also makes a series of wishes that while seemingly benign on there own, when added together cause an accident that will seriously injure him, while also having wished there is a scientist versed in the new producers for cybernetics and that not only had the reasorces required to give them to someone, but was also very eager to try them on someone and just looking for an excuse (like maybe two parents desperate to help heal their critically injured son) and have that person learn of Timmy’s situation. Couldn’t Timmy argue that he hadn’t broken any of the conditions given to him?

Well I'm liking this so far. I wounder if Timmy well ended up with someone as they all seem like good picks but I hope it is Timmy with all of them or Vicki.
Also I wounder if Timmy could just wish to stop physical aging before he's to old for his Fairly god Parents as a workaround.
