Wow. This is amazing! I don't think I've ever read a lit fic like this, that explores a Rory Jess relationship post divorce. I love catching glimpses of how beautifully well they knew each other before- that mundane, daily intimacy that they just don't have access to anymore. That idea of them belonging to each other so fully until they just- don't. It's heartbreaking and really, really fascinating to see you explore what that looks like. I feel like there's so much more coming; like something really big must've driven them to the point of giving up (or maybe a series of small things, I guess). I also feel like there must be more to it than Rory just failing him, or her just not trying hard enough to make it work. Either way, I'm dying to see how this plays out and where it goes; I can't even imagine how they will work their way back to each other from so much heartache and hurt. Please please keep writing!

I like how this is completely a realistic outcome would Rory and Jess have reunited in a season 8 of the show. I am looking forward to your next chapter.

So as the angst continues, my heart hurts even more for Jess. I know there are always 2 sides to a story, but they obviously planned on kids together, and it looks like Rory kept promising Jess and kept putting it off. She was being selfish while Jess only wanted to make her happy. If Jess wanted me to have his baby, I would drop everything !I'm not loving Rory so far!

God, this story is so heartbreaking for my shipper heart. Agh! It honestly hurts, even after all these years of not reading Rory and Jess fics or watching them on screen, that he's so cold and callous towards her. I like to believe there's still some feeling there. But then you have Jackie and Logan; although, like you wrote, Jackie doesn't seem to be looking for anything [but will she eventually, is the question]. I can't wait for the update. :D

I didn't realize this had so much angst in it! This story is sad and depressing, and the idea of a Lit divorce and bitterness and resentment between the 2 is unfathomable to me. But I guess sometimes shit happens. I can tell Rory really crushed Jess and the thought of that leaves me sick to my stomach. The sex scenes are hot and raw, but not passionate, which is perfect for this scenario. I have no idea what to make of Logan's involvement in this. I am excited to see where you take this. I will be waiting for the next update!
P.S. Jess with Doula is the sweetest thing ever!

Wow...I don't know how I;ve missed your stories until now...this is gold for a Lit lover like me! I have yet to read a Jess/Rory story like this. I can't imagine not only divorced but having Logan in the picture. I had to go to the top again and make sure this is a Lit story! I'm not sure what happened to them but I can feel Jess' anger and bitterness down to my toes.
