I have read this 3 times as of writing this review. I never read fanfics more than once, so that's huge. It deserves a lot more attention. It's so good that I refuse to believe it is the authors first story

Every new speaker needs to be on a different line, otherwise, you end up with a wall of text. Thankfully, you were clear with who said what, but it doesn’t change how unsightly and near unreadable it was becoming.

That was an absolute privilege to read mate. I loved the entire thing. There was only one thing I didn’t like but that’s more to do with my personality and not how well it’s written.

I don’t think I ever got around to reading the whole story... and the dumb kid comment applies to me too lol. I remember writing a short military story and thinking they were so good... I think if I read them now I’d smash my head against a wall at the mistakes I made.
