I like the cultural rules you're introducing in this as part of the plot - it flows very smoothly with the world that the show established, and is certainly realistically plausible. I am really enjoying this, though I can't read it as often as I would like too.

Another wonderful chapter as always. I am so happy that Minos is going to accept him into the family….well kind of as long as Jason doesn’t mess it up. It kind of gives a new definition to scary step-father. This one could really get away with killing his step son. Then to have the woman who was an enemy suddenly be his only alley in this almost life threatening situation would unnerve anyone! I think Jason has every right to be as broken and upset about the whole situation! He should probably be even more tense but he is a true hero and that is the only thing probably holding him together. I really look forward to the next story. (: I don’t even have to wait long either as it is already posted! Yay! Now if I could just skip work today…..oh well. Awesome story, you have a wonderful talent for weaving an amazing story!

So very sweet how this chapter ended it shows just how much a dad Hercules is to Jason. You do an awesome job as a writer bringing out the emotions in the characters. I like how it was a slow burn to get to that moment where he finally breaks and everything becomes too much for him to handle. It is all the small things that make this story awesome. When he runs away rather than walk home with Hercules is sad in itself but it makes perfect sense that Jason wants to get away. After all, he did get what he wanted which was Hercules free but he had to pay a price that will change his entire life. Well done as always. (:
