Gohan proving himself, Video discovering the truth, possibly others, maybe even EVERYBODY, finding out the whole truth, THAT DAMN REPORTER GETTING THEIR COMEUPPANCE ONCE AND FOR ALL, every single one of their connections, all their pull, and all their past "reporting", shown to be the total sham that they are, with the reporter fired in disgrace to disappear in obscurity (or possibly a permanent Grunt at Capsule Corp.)

...hrrmm, I think I may have issues...eh, whatever, I stand by what I said!

yo, this is a superb story. i love it.

i have some complaints on your depiction of gohan in regards to his interactions woth hercule. i feel that gohan acts way too confrontational. i get that, as a fan, you hate that hercule gets the credit for defeating cell, its pretty annoying, however i always got the feeling that absolutely nobody cares, or anyone who's opinion matters, in which case only gohan and goku's matters, and they dont care.

in fact, gohan not keeping up with training, leads me to think that he would rather put the whole thing behind him, while training and fighting reminds him of his father, it probably brings back horrible memories that should really stay repressed. getting thrown into the mountains, piccolo, freiza, androids, cell. kinda one thing after another.

another thing, i think bulma is too confrontational as well with her attitude to hercule. it would be in character for her to get mad at him, but mostly at gohan, piccolo, and goku(if goku had any bearing on the situation, ya know, being dead) and then accept the it and sigh, and say, "like father like son" while shaking her head, maybe pinching the bridgr of her nose. and face planting. sorry wrong series.

bringing it full circle, love the story, loving gohan centric story. loving videl. seriously a story where videl becomes a major player strength wise would be awesome. dbz has a serious lacking of female martial artists. wish you would continue.

also i had an interesting idea for the background for a dbz story. the turtle and crane schools are brought but never really expanded upon in canon. i had the idea of there being like, maybe, 310 other major martial art disciplines. with like dragon and tiger and other martial art stuff. and the idea was that ki balls and the flying techniques being secret techniques of the turtle and crane schools. kamehameha wave being where master roshi expanded, and created his own technique. basicly, there are hundreds plus ki aware practioners in the world and some of them know of goku and maybe even watched canon events from a distance. it would really be cool to explore the mystical and freaking weird aspects of ki. seriously, instant transmission? why don't you just throw speed out the window! who needs it anymore! i had some personal ideas, but i'll keep them to myself.
