This is so so wonderful. I love it that you used this one-shot to give more insight on Blaine's characteristics, like how he's trying to be composed to avoid conflict and the relationship between him and Burt is shown in its very powerful and fatherly way. Blaine's reaction to bad news is so different than what I imagined Kurt would do. Kurt would shut down and become cold as ice and detached in order to maintain calm and peace for others. But, Blaine *feels* so so much and he can't keep it contained. He just burns and cries and shakes.
