Interesting if simple plot so far. As others have pointed out, Dumbldore was Headmaster before Lilly and the Marauders started school. The second chapter is a formating issue and as is is very difficult to follow. Will there be a back story to better introduce Harry's sisters and changes in the world they live in such as starting school at twelve. With the changes in history, Lilly alive and Sirius not in prison, how has Harry changed ? Who are his friends? Who are his foes ? Whom switched and why ? Will this story line continue or have you moved on to other plot lines? Thanks for sharing.

The idea is interesting, but please check the facts before you post somethings(contrary to your first chapter Dumbledore was Headmaster before Voldemort attacked the Potters), also your Black family tree was confusing, also all 3 chapter are too short.
