I just finished reading this story,... I was reading for a couple of weeks without stopping in my free time and love the complete plot!. I love RumBelle and all they story.

This was another great story. I actually could have see this being able to be transformed into an original story, if you'd just changed some of the character names. You really developed this fascinating world from the powers to the variety of creatures in it. I did kind of guess who Belle's mother would be as soon as they found out she was half-fae, but it was still nice to see everyone's reactions when it finally came out. I also noticed the empath ability carried over from The Alchemist. I think this one more utilized what I'd imagine an empath would be able to do, more so than the absorption ability in the other story. The character interaction and pacing was, once again, about as perfect as it could be. So much of my praises from 'Out of the Ashes' carries over here. I truly enjoyed reading it, and really didn't want it to end.

Wow... that was a beautiful ending. But I was wondering what happened to the other residents lives. Thank you so much for this wonderful story and keeping it going for so long.

That was a shocker for me to see lovecraft as elspeth's admirer-boyfriend-husband. Wow. But honestlyy, i loved it too.

Oh my goodness, i'm reading this chapter after a long break. So nice to see things settled down for everyone. i really liked the house. it was so cozy, woody, and mysterious. im gonna miss not having rumbelle there and having some more fun time in its secretive places.

Sounds like things are winding down. I see the fic is complete, now I just have to catch up. Great chapter!

what a beautiful ending to this story, my darling. i loved every moment of it. even when i didn't read it for three chapters to give you time to get rid of the angst before i picked it up again lol. your stories never fail to captivate and intrigue me and i thank you so much for that. your talent astounds me and i love you for it. i look forward to your next story :D

So sorry I went 4 chapters down. Nothing to do with the story though and it was a great wrap up. As much as I'd like to hope the light I see is the end of a very long dark tunnel, it's probably just the train barrel assing toward me. Heh. Anyway, because I am now well behind, I'll just dump a few highlights all together...

That was a very sweet bumbling proposal of Rumple's and totally perfect in its own way. I loved how he wasn't sure she'd say yes. I also thought it was great how the meth lab got a complete makeover, I was laughing my ass off at the tax breaks for Undertown businesses and it was great how they had three kids and each kingdom got its own heir. Plus Elspeth got to wear her sparkly shoes and get a mommy! That scene finally bonding the three of them as a family was nicely done. Though finally, baby brothers are a mighty dangerous request. With your recent snowstorm you might get a grin out of the recent (though thankfully so far unfulfilled) threat from my brother to me - check out and I'm sure you'll piece it together. :D

There was something else... Oh yeah, so I happened to end up reading this random Regency romance novel a few weeks back and hit upon the term 'lightskirt' right in paragraph 2 and got a real laugh out of it because of the prior connection to Gold and Belle heading into the Villian's Club. Not that I'd thought you'd made it up, but I'd never heard the term before and it was amusing to finally get the context. Of *course* he'd use a 19th century ho term, lol. He's old! So here at the end, in addition to a great story, I have gleaned: A) excellent pork and asparagus recipes, B) grits are like polenta though I have yet to game up and try some, and C) a little ancient colloquialism. Good stuff.

And they lived happily ever after. Excellent. Thanks very much for sharing. I really enjoyed the ride. Now somewhere there's a murder (?) mystery that I've been wondering about...

I guess I started to read at the right time, just when you finished it. You really like your little town, a character on it's own. I liked most of the story, but after defeating Pan the 'magic ' slowly vanished. Something was missing.

I liked the switch between what Maurice did and the rest of the bunch, but ending with reuniting in fairyland.

I enjoyed the ending immensely, but, as always, I am sad to see it come to an end! Thank you for the journey!

Love the wrap-ups for Belle and Gold. All the children heirs in their own ways. It's great to see Belle become Queen. I also really liked how Gold occasionally still wonders if life will take a turn for the worse again. Fun to see Henry make a little appearance as well, becoming Gold's succesor. The Blue Fairy is an intriguing character and so ambigious; I know that the 'the original power' description of her on the show made me become rather suspicious of her past (which I did use in my story :) ). I like your characterization of her as a positive, but still powerful, character looking for redemption and a second chance (much like Gold). The Lady Shivat (the undercurrent that she still is in Elspeth) has really grown on me, from creeping me out a little at the start to becoming one of my favorite characters :) and I find the connection between her and Gold interesting. But I love all the original, and sometimes dark, characters in this story, the House, Lovecraft and Omaha, of course, being born out of such pain and grief and named after it.
