Well, I know it's been almost a year since you published this chapter, and I'm sorry I didn't see it when you *DID* publish it, but I was doing some looking over my favorite authors pages and I noticed the extra chapter.

So, of late, I've been re-reading all of your GoSL stories because I get such a great kick out of them. As time has passed and my tastes have changed, I find that my favorite stories (of ANY kind) are usually a mix of CASTLE and superhero stuff. And your GoSL stories are just what I'm looking for.

I don't want you to worry about comparisons, but as I'm reading these, my mind does turn to trying to place what happened when in the MCU movies to see where you were in your stories. It amazes me how long ago these were written. (And they *STILL* stand up as great, fun reading!)

During this latest chapter, as soon as I realized that this was the SOUL stone for Dr Strange, I guessed that they were inside of it. But then, I'm a reader of the actual comic books, so a lot of your ideas seem to be pulled right from them, and good ideas they are!

I was pleased at your choice to bring Howard the Duck into the story. I'm quite sure that he'll probably be hitting on Gamora and Alexis like the dawg he is. (Why isn't he Howard the Dog? It would be more appropriate…) Now, he *might* know who Gamora is considering her reputation, but if he tries anything with Alexis, he's got an even bigger rude awakening coming (not to mention, Steve Rodgers).

And that reminds me: I've always thought it was a nice bit of serendipity that both Steve and Rick were born with the same last name Rodgers. I wonder if Martha is/was related to Steve's mother? But, back to the story and the review!

As far as Raina goes, I'm assuming that once the FOG fully leaves her body, Ward will create a separating divider between where Raina is and where the FOG is, and he'll probably simply release Raina as soon as Skye gives him the go-ahead.

I'll admit that my memories of Raina back on Agents of SHIELD are rather vague after all these years. She was in, what, year 2 and 3? Or was it year 3 and 4? Whatever, you've definitely made her a lot more of a challenge for the Guardians.

Of course, there wasn't any apparent full showdown of Raina versus the Guardians all by themselves, but I'm guessing it would have been fun to watch/read! At this point, I'm wondering what Raina's personality is going to be in the next chapter, now that the FOG has left her body. How much of the arrogance and selfishness will there be that she was showing.

Of course, in your version of Grant Ward, once Skye got rid of Garret and Christian (or whomever they were, really), he seems to be the fully bright and shiny hero that we all thought he was in the first season of AoS.

I really enjoy how you've been interweaving how each of the various cross-over characters are getting used like their characters seem to be. The fact that Thanos is heading for Earth and will be there soon is very exciting to me. I don't know how Thanos' powers will fare against Ward's shield. Oh, I almost forgot. When The team left their final meeting with Nova Prime, and Ward offered to leave the shield in place, does that mean that they can't leave their planet or that no one can come to their planet until Ward takes it down?

Considering how the GoSL-verse isn't so much about physical power as it is about magical power and abilities (at least versus Thanos), I'm guessing that there won't be some kind of a big battle like the one that happened in Wakanda in the movie. Although there might be something like it, I don't know how important it will be.

On a side note, I'm hoping that you have Rick and Kate get married on-screen in the stories, and don't skip over it. Kind of like you did for Esplaine's wedding. Not a lot of detail is all that necessary, but some references and events that occurred doing it.

Anyways, I won't talk your ear off any more than this. I will close by saying that though there have been a couple of really great stories and story series on FF_net, and I'm always glad when they fully flesh out any stories so they aren't left abandoned. Yes, I know it's been almost a year, but I'm guessing you're doing a lot in your life that keeps you busy. Did you ever get around to publishing your own stories outside of FF_net? If so, let me know, I'd like to pick them up to read.

Well, I'll start off with an apology. I hadn't been watching the Castle Crossover stories section for about a month now. But I just found the latest chapter and I was very interested in what you have the story going.

As a side note, I keep needing to reminding myself to disregard (ignore) what I've seen happen in all the MCU movies. They have been very fun to watch, but I like your version of things better! ;)

Anyways, it's going to be fun seeing what comes up in these next chapters. One thing that puzzles me is that in your version, the Aether is not a stone, but is a gas. Is that what I'm understanding? Or is the gas a side-effect of the attempt to destroy the stone before, and the stone itself still exists?

By the way, if I'm interpreting things correctly, the gang has been calling Tony Stark 'DW'. I'm having trouble with figuring out what DW stands for. For example, I know AC is what Skye calls Coulson (AC Agent Coulson), but DW is still eluding me.

I know that interest in a number of Castle stories has died down (a bit), not to mention some people were very disappointed with the fact that Castle was cancelled, and that Stana (and Tamala) were fired (!?). But I'm happy that you are still working on AoM for us who are still wanting to see how things turn out. There are some stories on FF_net, and some series of stories on FF_net that really rate high in my opinion. I like the story 'SIDEWAYS' by coyotepup4, and I hope it gets completed :(, and for crossovers, I love your Guardians stories the best. I'm aware you are planning on doing something less Castle-y or non-Castle-y in your publishing future. If so, I'll be looking forward to reading whatever you can create.

I've been following J D Cunegan as he has moved to publishing books on Amazon (his BOUNTY series is very much like Beckett was Lone Vengenace in the episode 'HEROES AND VILLAINS'). I guess that means that I really like my Caskett as superheroes. :)

I hope you have a chance to get published as well. If so, please leave word for us to know how to find any books you publish! In the meantime, I'll be looking forward to how they defeat Thanos (and Loki) and saving the day at the last minute!

So, I had only read up to Chapter 30 or so until recently (stupid me for not checking the Castle Crossover section. Doh!)

Anyways, I checked a few days ago and found you are now up to the 49th chapter. As such, I've posted a number of reviews for you about that last bunch of chapters. I really like the fact that you've brought in GotG and Doc Strange. Plus, you've made Raina into a real bad-ass. Well done!

So at this point, the gang has to find some way of evicting the BLACK FOG from Raina, in order to hopefully have her 'working with the good guys' (maybe for the same reason as Loki: below).

But to me, an even bigger problem is going to be Loki. He's not controlled by anything other than revenge, pettiness, greed, and the lust for power (over EVERYONE). So even if they DO put the stone in him, and even IF he agrees that for the moment, the Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend (Guardians and the gang is the first enemy and Thanos is the second enemy), what'll happen once they defeat and/or drive-off Thanos? That will still leave Loki with a stone in his head (the one that Raina has currently). That'll be a tough pickle to be in.

In fact, especially from Raina and Loki, and even from the other 4 carriers, I somehow don't imagine that the stones will stay in their heads for long. Thus, I would guess that once Thanos isn't a threat, all the stones would simple go their own way, irregardless of any of the carriers wishes.

Plus, at the very least, Doctor Strange needs his Eye of Agamotto back. So I guess we'll see. ;-)

That's been understood from the beginning so it's fine. Admittedly, the show (though I keep watching) gets kinda soap-opera-y on occasion, so I prefer your take on things.

I must admit that sometimes I wonder about how some of the powers of these characters work? For instance, how can Ward just leave the shield there without it fading out? And how does the Xandarians leave or arrive at their own planet if need be?

Also, in past chapters, I understand the blessing that Itzuma (?) granted our people. But when they die, why are there ANY remains there? I'm not trying to say that it should be identical, but when Henry dies, EVERYTHING of him vanishes (and only his naked body re-appears. If the Guardians and the others with those blessings or Baron Samedi's coins keep 'dying', doesn't that mean that there's going to be a LOT of bodies and bodily remains left behind? Reading as much of many kinds of stories as I have, the only real reason I can think of to have that happen is so that the other characters who DON'T know about the immortality will see their bodies and cry (along with the reader, if they hadn't already read where the blessing came from) and believe them to be dead, while all us other readers who read EVERYTHING you write will already know that they won't die.

Just two weird things I've wondered about.

With regard to the gap story you're talking about, if it was with Doctor Strange, than I cannot nudge strongly enough for you to do that! But obviously it would be set some amount of time after this story, but still it would be cool. And of course, here I can see you meant Doctor WHO, not STRANGE. Well, as far as Doctor Who goes, I don't really have an opinion. The last time I watched him was for the Doctors 3 and 4, so obviously I'm way out of date. Whichever you choose is fine by me. The idea of the Doctor is the same no matter who you choose, right? Just different adventures, and different companions (whom I don't know any of). Either way, the story title seems quite interesting, so I'll be looking forward to that when you do it.

Lastly, with respect to Doctor Strange and Sìfāng (and I don't want to make this out to be a competition), but…

How do Strange and Sìfāng compare in their abilities? Is Strange more widely rounded, and Sifang has more raw power? Or vice versa? Or what?

I know that you've mentioned several times that you want to write your own original fiction. I find myself sort of between a rock and a hard place. I applaud you for wanting to put your imprimatur on a story of you own characters, your own settings, and so on. I know you had the first two chapters orf the 'old' Guardians of Shangri-La and Katya over on Fiction-Press, and for all I know you want to do something even more different than that. I truly hope you have the inspiration and energy to put in to it. But on the other hand… … …

I LOVE ME MY CASTLE AND GUARDIANS OF SHANGRI-LA AND THE AVENGERS AND THE REST OF THE MARVEL UNIVERSE! So please understand that I am rooting for you to hopefully accomplish both!

By the way, back in chapter 38, one thing I definitely agree on with you is the on-air arc for Grant Ward. Now, I'll grant you that at least some of my dislike of him and Skye (Daisy?) being a couple is because of how the TV version went, but overall, I never really got the feeling of anything more than just mild flirting between the two of them, certainly not enough to be 'soul-mates'. But then, that's just me. Aside from that one aspect, I really like the way you've 'fixed' Ward and got him to be an integral part of the team.

I know you had them make an 'unnamed' appearance earlier in the Asgard fight, it was very nice to see the reveal of the Guardians (again!) of the Galaxy! Very nice touch. In some ways, I think I'm going to like your version of the 'Infinity Wars' better then the MCU version of it!

It was also a nice touch having the translation spell interpret the 'I am Groot' into English!

Although I know you tend to keep the 'training' chapters as minimal as possible, I just wanted to let you know that I thought you did a great job here. Enough for we non-flipped people to understand it, but not going overboard. Very nice! Also, I did read the 2 chapters of the B&tB that you did, and it's a shame you couldn't continue it or finish it yet. I'll keep my fingers crossed!
