I think its tobiramas fault if he didnt kill izuna madara would have stayed in the village since he loves izuna more than anything and if madara stayed un the village obito wouldnt have turned evil. And danzo got all his ideas from tobirama himself he taught them Uchihas shouldnt be trusted which caused danzo to follow that too. The kyubi attack wouldnt never happen because madara never left and so obito wouldnt be all evil. Since the kyubi attack never happened theres no reason not to trust the Uchihas. And speaking of which if madara never left he wouldnt have probally became 2nd hokage instead of tobirama because. He was one of the founders and hashirama would want him to become hokage. Also the Uchiha clan wouldnt distrust madara because izuna didnt die and give madara his eyes to make the Uchiha believe madara stole them so they would support madara as a leader and hokage too. With an Uchiha as hokage the Uchiha clan wouldnt be issolated from the village. And the coup wouldnt happen so no Uchiha masscare and no sasuke trying to get revenge. Not to mention creating the edo tensei also caused a whole lot of problems with the chunin exams invasion to the 4th great Ninja war

LMAO, but seriously, Tobirama was never at fault. He was right about the Uchiha and he handled them generously. They complain that police force not being goo enough for them? Hell, Nara took care of their deers and never any clan had monopolized a position. Tobirama was too generous with them.
