You have no sense of scale, do you? Seriously, if this is right before the Cell games, than the Reapers are gnats compared to the levels of power being thrown around. Hell even at the start of Dragonball Z they wouldn't have been too great a threat. Maybe they could win if the ENTIRE FLEET came to Earth. Maybe.
You know, I could go into an entire rant as to how the Mass Effect and DBZ can't exist in the same universe, but I won't because this isn't worth my time.

Its an interesting idea, but the Reapers are outclassed no matter what time period you shoved them in, in DBZ. At this point in time all the fighters in DBZ could easily blow up the Earth. The Reapers can't do that. But it will be interesting to see the reaction of the Reapers to species that have the ability to destroy them with ease.

The largest Reaper was only 2km long, no where near 200km... Thats almost 10X the size of the Citadel

I know when you said this is, but both Goku and Gohan should be super at the moment. Cell would also kill anything that interupts his fun, i think. I like the idea, different from what i did in all 3 of my crossovers.
