This was just the best idea ever. I am still a little bitter they haven't really had Henry come into his own. You shed so much more light on his character and how his fake memories affected him in this one-shot than all of 3B (not knocking 3B too hard because I loved it, but still). Henry/Killian is a relationship that needs to deepen or at least go in a certain direction because it's going to be an important one and I love the balance you struck between having the two of them just hit it off and become best buddies, and starting some drama between the two of them. The focal points you gave this, him liking Regina so much right away, noticing that Emma is busier, but more at ease and happier, and being upset about not having the option to "meet" his father really made this Henry's POV, and it was a very enjoyable place to be.
