Poor, poorly John. Feel terrible for him, I do. I had a stomach virus, the noro - duh - last year on exactly St. Patty's Day. Nothing too terrible, but me being me, I was sick for nearly 9 months, or more if you count up to this point, because 'everybody gets things differently' and it turns out a simply stomach virus can give you acid reflux from Hades for the rest of your natural life.

I do hope John doesn't suffer so!
You should do a follow up on this, were poor, poorly John gets well again and Sherlock then gets it...

But that's just my inner Sherlock!whump/Sick!lock daemon coming out to play.
