Great chapter! Sweet, fluffy, and a much-needed break for Julia from the chaos surrounding Sherlock. You've gotten Mycroft down perfectly with his inability to keep his nose where it belongs, and the growing hints of romance are immensely satisfying, a rarity when it comes to OC stories. The foundations of their friendship are serving their purpose well. Julia really does feel like a key player in Sherlock's life, not just like a mere tack-on. And her strong personal voice has a lot to do with it. She's a real person we can all live through. Update whenever you can.

Lovely chapter! Sherlock's finally falling for her, and it's executed beautifully as always. All of your clues are so delightfully subtle-My heart skips a beat whenever I notice something new. Everything from the hair touch to the smile at the end is so wonderful. I'm continuing to root for these two, and Julia's internal monologue is ever amusing. Mycroft is perfect here as well-an interfering busybody if there ever was one. And I'm looking forward to the new fic! I can't wait to be introduced to another well-rounded OC from you. You have a gift for creating ones who feel real.

Sooo good pls update right this minute

This story thus far is so sweet it's giving me a tooth ache! Well written, continuously interesting and never boring, and Sherlock is being the same old Sherlock: Being an ass though he doesn't seem to notice. And of course John as always is such a sweetheart but it is also gratifying to see that Julia is not perfect in anyway. Of course with the minor similarity of drug abuse like Sherlock it kind of gives them a ground of understanding in which I like though Sherlock can seem rather insensitive about at times. And I do enjoy Mycroft's interactions with Julia immensely but now I am eager to see how this relationship with the younger Holmes brother plays out. And of course we cannot forget our favorite villain! I look forward to hearing from Jim soon, especially when it unfortunately has to reach the Fall of Sherlock Holmes when he jumps off the building (truly BBC's greatest moment's for a 21st Century Sherlock Death) so please update you're story whenever you can I am eager to read more!

That was very sweet, and the fluffiness (the calm before the storm, I guess?) is always welcome to break up the action or tension. Well, now you're adding sexual tension, maybe.

I enjoyed the conversation with Mycroft, my favourite over-protective big bro. I had a chuckle at his nonchalance at discussing Sherlock's sex life (or lack thereof). And I especially loved Julia's childish responses. I know I degenerate into an immature mess when I'm over-tired.

But... brushing away her strand of hair! Oh my squirmy butterflies, that was gorgeous. And the way he looked at her appreciatively when discussing body image.

This chapter was so needed, and you built up to it nicely. Not overdone; you've continued with the same subtle changes as you've always had, but added the sometimes comical inner musings of Julia.

I wonder what John thinks of it all?
