I can tell that you've gotten bored of this and are trying to move it forward faster than when you started. It's starting to read more as an after action report than as a story, which is disappointing.

Maybe go reread your older stuff, see if the muse returns?

Love this story going to hate seeing the Odyssey and her crew leave hopefully they leave this earth with all their knowledge and a fleet of ships before they go. I also predict the ark facility to be destroyed by either the robotech masters or the goa'uld.

wow an amazing chapter. The twists and turns are something else. Loved that one of the Ancients ascended came down to give the Caretaker instructions. looking foreword to the next chapters with a lot of anticipation.

Given SG-1's luck, I expect that crystal to stop a shot from some weapon in the future, that would otherwise have killed Carter.

Love the twist with the Ancients being a bit different. :) And it's really interesting to see them interfering still, even if in only minor background ways.
