I am a fan of your stories of Scotty and Lilly. I have read several times each , and I never tire of them ! They are so beautiful ... I hope you continue writing new stories :) Here are a Spanish fan, so forgive my English.

I like how you made Lilly think about her shooting while she's in front of that horse… Now I can't wait for Scotty to make his appearance!

Whoa, intense chapter! I think it's great how Lil is starting to process her shooting through this encounter with the horse; the way you described her fear made me think of that scene in the interview room with Ed. Hope she's okay! And I can't help but think Scotty might be swooping in; what's he been up to the last couple chapters?

Cristin Milioti's version of this song was so awesome. That scene was one of the best ones of the show, which I loved until that sucker-punch at the end end, and I could rant on and on about that, but I won't, because that's not why I'm here. :)

I love how the horses are characters of their own. I don't know much about horses, but I gather that they have their own personalities just like people do!

Ha. Well, a guy named Truck would probably come up with unusual names for pretty much everything, wouldn't he? And I like how you have Lilly being compassionate here. So many people paint her as the one-dimensional socially crippled Ice Queen, but I do think she's very capable of being an excellent friend, she just doesn't have that much time for friends in her normal life.

And I really love the flashback. It's so much like the ones on the show I feel like I was watching a Truck/Honey deleted scene! Great job :)

Last summer I lost my Dad and I know how important friends are when you become melancholic… I love how you describe Honey remembering Truck while she's drinking lemonade with Lilly! I like how you described their friendship... I think it's a good one!

Hey, sorry it's taken me forever to get a review for this up, but I really like the chapter! I love how Lil finally got a good night's sleep! I wish the show had let her do that. :) And I love the image of her in a cowgirl outfit. (Bet Scotty does, too. :) )

Wow, Lil's room sounds awesome! I love your observation that she feels like she's home even though she's never been there before. And yeah, a city girl like her totally wouldn't know what to do with all the country noises.

Ooooh, that moment where he's looking at her is awesome, too. The description is so vivid; I can absolutely see her standing there and feel what he's feeling as he looks at her. Nicely done!

It's a good thing Scotty's such a good detective, because all Lilly gives him are these tiny little cracks in her armor, but they're enough. This was such a great moment; it reminded me of all those glances and looks we had on the show!

HA. I love that Honey tells Lil she's too skinny. She totally is.

I'm really glad Chris is doing well with rehab! I had always hoped that, had the show continued, she'd have made some real progress. Not that I wanted to see her all the time, of course, and ESPECIALLY not with Scotty, but after their mother gave up, I was sort of hoping Chris wouldn't.

The image of Scotty in a cowboy hat is sheer deliciousness. I had a coherent review all ready, but then that mental picture made it fly right out the window. :)

ANYWAY. This was a great chapter! Love how Lil's being nice to Scotty and helping him with his fear of flying even while they're having that long-overdue talk/fight. I loved the princess talk, and how he points out that maybe he needs someone to rescue him (he does, totally. Glad he figured that out). And she needs a rescuer, too, even though she refuses to admit it. :)

Like how she is angry and hurt and she still comforts him. In between their argument.
So glad they started to talk it trough, and are making a step in the right direction.
Looking forward to the next chapter.

This chapter was so sweet and frustrating all at the same time! I love how Lilly's mad at him, but she's still there to help calm him down when he needs it. And I really liked all the fairytale allusions and their talk about who might need rescuing. My favourite part might have to be Scotty promising to jump out of the plane (with the suggestion that he be the flying pig) and have an apology tattooed on his forehead, but then again it could also be Lil's comforting little circles on the back of his hand. Those two are just too sweet. Great chapter, and I can't wait to read about what happens now that they have arrived in Nashville!
