Ok, I'm kind of confused. Is Yukio half a girl? How can he get pregnant when he's a guy? Does he have both types of genitals? Or is he a trans male? I don't really understand M-Preg. Why can Yukio carry a child if he's a male? It's a good story, I just don't get it.
