When you said loose ends, I imagined actual loose ends, that you were tying together to form a tapestry or something. Which I guess you are, in a way. Don't tapestries tell stories?

I really like your story. You made MK a neutral, unbiased party and you really get to see both sides.

In the movie, Mandrake really loved his son and I found that interesting.

A wonderful story. I liked that MK played so much of a bigger role and that the Boggans were not seen as evil. Death and Life are two sides of one coin just like the Jinn and Boggans. One cannot thrive without the other.

It's so good! Oh god its so good! I absolutely love this telling of the story and this has possibly been the best story I have red on the subject. I think what I liked most was how Mandrake slowly built is way back up and how MK still had human reactions. I'd be pretty pissed too if I was dying and woke up as queen. Top quality all around!

Now that is what I call a truly amazing story!
And it was something different from all the "Boggans are evil and the Jinn are the good ones"-storys and I loved how this story developed. How it started and how it ended.
And I love how all your charakters developed. You' ve added more depth to them than the actual movie shows. Especially Dagda and Mandrake.
And that MK was chosen for queen was believable. She's done so much for everyone even though she didn't want to get involved in the whole conflict in the firsz place. It only is reasonable that she becomes queen.
I can't complain about anything at all. I'm pretty content and have this feeling I always have after reading a good story.

Wow. That was fantastic. Unexpected twist at the end. But I loved it. I didn't really like the ending of the movie that much.
I always thought the Boggan's were seriously underdeveloped as a people, and that their role was just your regular villian when it could've been so much more.
You definitely gave me this 'more' :D
Irish words are always the best when it comes to magic, aren't they? Draíochta. Cool word. It's an Irish pagan festival celebrate that next time around. I don't know about you but the movie seemed to have stuff about Irish folklore. and names. Added Chris O'Dowd for the craic too. If it's not implied, I'm Irish by the way. Sorry getting off point there.
It was a great story. Lovely descriptions. Delving into the world of Epic a lot more. Etc.. T'was ... Epic ;D
