Damn, my heart ached through the entire story and ending was both beautiful and sad in the same breath.

Was Levi raped? Please tell me he wasn't and I'm just jumping to the worst possible conclusion

Fantastic. I love the imagery of the blazing fire. How it perfectly captures the moment where eren has had enough. Just like how he hates the titans, he, in this story, has to get out and tell the people of the asylum 'where to stick it'. Haha! You describe emotion so well. I can feel both the terror and indignation from eren and his wonder at the mystery that is levi. Yuuum!

Why?! Don't get me wrong, I love tear-jerkers, but it's soooo sad! Ugh. I absolutely loved it, though. I like how the author skipped time... without having us missing the important details and such. And as much as I hate it.. I love how this didn't end with sunshine and rainbows. Like, it did, but to an extent. But I feel like this story wouldn't have felt right had it all been happy. I really like how the author gave everyone disorders that match up with them... if that makes any sense. It's really cool, though! And I really enjoyed the last part of the chapter... except for the moment my heart stopped because of.. you know. Anyway! Last thing. I'm uncertain as to whether or not they fall in love? I'd prefer if they didn't, actually. Don't get me wrong, while I may not exactly "ship" ereri/riren/whatever I have nothing against it, I just feel that this story would be perfect without it as well as with. I just love the idea of "mentally unstable" Eren and Levi becoming best buds and all that. I know this fic is gonna be perfect however it turns out! Yay next chaptern

Wow.. it's been a while since I've read a fic where I was just blown away by the first chapter. It seems a bit dark so far, and I'm really psyched for that! While chapter one is quiet short, the writing and plot more than make up for it. I'm genuinely excited to see where this goes! On to the rest of the story!
