I read this story from day one of loginquitas if I remember rightly. I left FanFiction for a while and have recently returned and reread some of my favourite stories, this being one.

I love your authentic portrayal of Daryl and Ruby’s relationship and how Ruby considers issues beyond the ZA like a normal human being- I feel like people lose those moments in FanFiction- the quiet moments that make the characters more relatable and real. Ruby and Daryl are and will always be my OTP.

I know it’s been years since you looked at this story but I beg to know what happens next, even if you don’t finish the story- does Daryl go badass on terminus? Do Rick and co turn up and get them from behind as show cannon? I need more!

I love the fact that you are a Brit like me, I can understand the story more than any others cos the language is proper up my street. I love more that you don’t stay on cannon and that your character ACTUALLY changes some stuff up- nothing worse than reading the same story I saw on screen- since the story is so different, it makes you want to know what happens next and of all the chapters to be the last ever chapter I will see this is the worst!

Honestly, I found myself thinking that the show-runners should have just hired you: this story is far more compelling, inviting, and heart-wrenching than the show! I got to say, you treat so many of these characters far better than the showand I don't just mean by changing who dies when or how. I mean that even if (well, when, it is the walking dead..):someone dies, you stay true to them. . Sometimes the show feels like they disrespected a characterlike Merle or Herschel. Also, no matter how many times I read this (and part 1) I always cry over Toby. You made me fall in love with a fake dog and I got to tell you that I didn't think any writer could be so talented.

I absolutely adore the decisions you've made with your characters and how you chose to incorporate everyone. You write so vividly, I was feeling nervous when reading this today, especially when the characters first started feeling like someone was watching them.

I know you don't plan on updating this story soon but I want to let you know I'm not even done and I'm already sad as the fact I'll won't get to finish quiet possibly my favorite story on this website

Just spent the last few days reading these stories and, wow, I just love it. I hope you finish it, even though it’s been quite a while. Would love to see how this story ends and how Daryl and Ruby relationship grows. Thank you for taking me on a journey these past few days (tho I’m low on sleep lol) and hope one day you finish.

I understand your need to take your hiatus and I will be here to read your next chapters no matter how long it takes for them to come out. Take your time. If writing becomes stressful and not enjoyable, relax and take however long you need, it should not be a chore.
