If he is well acquainted with Rory due to his deaths, how well must he know Jack? Especially considering Jack's habit of knowing someone INTIMATELY shortly after meeting them regardless of race, gender, species or even whether they happen to be organic or metallic lifeforms. Who's to say that he doesn't have a thing on the side with Death the same way Deadpool has? It'd be interesting to see where that random thought goes but since I'm unable to write fanfiction I leave the choice up to you.
