This was a fun premise. The twist at the end didn't feel like the truth of her character's thoughts up to then; but I think you're playing with the unreliable narrator aspect here.

In the beginning, mentioning Quinn's hair color could have happened a touch earlier, around the time of when the whole tattoos and black bikini was mentioned, so that the right image would be in mind from the beginning.

Nicely described tattoo meanings, that was fun.

I also liked how Santana and Brittany mentioned that they didn't even know how Quinn knew they'd be in Vegas.

A gangster's wife's life doesn't seem like my style, that's fo sho.
