Why is he so meek? such a pushover little cry baby who wants everyone to like him. So scared of being "dark" he isn't even trying to learn actual magic. cant believe i actually read 11 chapters of this rubbish. This is a book for 5-10 year olds.

'Bus Station' is more than fine - I've several near me & never referred to as omnibus stations in my lifetime .
Croydon Bus Station , Kingston Bus Station , Victoria Bus Station or Morden Bus STAND ...

And 'bagsy' (baggsy?) rather than 'bugsy' . I've been around since the 1970's and well informed of playground slang ;-)
