I have recently discovered the genius that is your writing. This trilogy was absolutely amazing, some of the best writing I've come across ever. I know it says that this is the last story in the "Gone" series but I would love to see another one. Maybe one that takes place in the future when Danny finally recovers some of his memory. Like "Just as they had truly accepted that their son was gone forever, Maddie heard a knock on the door that would change everything. She had assumed that her daughter was visiting, hopefully bringing the little ones. Never had she suspected that she was thinking of the wrong child." Just a story to provide some closer for all the characters...to let them know that he had achieved something in his few years. ...I don't know. I'm sure you left it like that to make sure the readers are interested. I supposed it worked but one more one shot would be absolutely amazing.

It was interesting how you showed some of these stages from different character's points of view. I like how you shifted not only your story through these emotional stages but your readers as well.

I read a lot of angst fics bit this one takes the cake.
