I just read through the whole story in one sitting and decided against doing a chapter by chapter review, so I'm going to try to remember as many points as I can while writing one big review.
Chapter 1 did a decent job of setting the stage, but I didn't understand why Kyoko was so pissy about Sayaka being away from the counter. She couldn't have been in the back for more than a minute if all she did was grab a broom and sweep up the glass. Kyoko being rude to her at their first meeting also stretches the believability of Sayaka be coming enamored with her.
Chapter 2 was fine, and I like the mentions of Homura and her devotion to Madoka, but Madoka and Sayaka seem to be exasperated with each other a lot. This only gets worse in later chapters. It doesn't seem like they're best friends so much as sworn enemies. That's a bit of an exaggeration; however, there's never any interaction between them that seems happy or friendly. It feels like they were friends once, but have spent too much time around each other and now can barely stand each other. You might want to consider that while writing them in future scenes.
I got a bit of amusement out of the innuendo involving Madoka and Homura in chapter 3, and laughed at Sayaka's text to Homura (and the response) when Madoka was asleep on her couch. I actually find the relationship between those two to be really enjoyable and hope there are more things like that between them I'm later chapters.
Sayaka's obsession with Kyoko does come off as creepy and borderline stalkerish a lot of the time. It helps a little that even she recognizes that. The drama involving the misunderstanding when Kyoko sort of confesses to Sayaka is confusing and unnecessary-everyone treats it like it's Sayaka's fault when it's clearly Kyoko's, and the whole issue could have been avoided if she had actually given Sayaka a chance to respond before running away. True, Sayaka did stand there staring mute lyrics after the initial outburst, but that's a pretty reasonable reaction to being surprised like that. It probably would have helped if we had some idea of how long the silence stretched on before Kyoko was hurt.
That being said, the scenes between the falling out and the next time they see each other are pretty good, especially the talk with Mami. The scene where they make up is sweet, and most of their interactions after that are adorable. On a side note, I am surprised to learn that Homura nearly broke up with Madoka at one time.
Homura hit the nail on the head with her observation about a potential fight between those two. The biggest problem I've found when writing a fight between Kyoko and Sayaka is how to keep it from getting out of control.
On a final note, in the latest chapters it's become a little more apparent that Kyoko and Sayaka are a good match, but it would help to write why they each are drawn to the other-something more concrete than the mutual infatuation they had for each other throughout their coffee shop shenanigans.
I hope this doesn't come across as excessively negative. I think you have a good story that could just use a bit of polishing. Whether or not you act on any of my advice is up to you. I'll keep reading, regardless.

I'm honestly just reading this for the Madoka and Homura tidbits lol. The fact that Madoka was a natural archer was great. I like the story about Sayaka and Kyoko too. They started off so awkward XD. Loving the pacing and i hope for more great chapters!

I've checked everyday since June 21st for an update and it's becoming painful to live without this fanfic

This is so cute and I really hope you'll update it soon... And come on, coffee shop romances are awesome.

Hmm I wonder if that conversation between Homura and Sayaka is foreshadowing a future fight between Sayaka and Kyouko? I wouldn't be surprised, those two bickered like an old married couple in the anime :P
