your stories amaze me every time! and because they are all so consistently good, I've gone on a quest to read them you for everything!

This was really good! I love Skyward Sword and getting the Gratitude Crystals was one of my favorite side quests! It was cool to see this from another character's point of view and see their view of Link and his quest. Again, great work! This is definitely going on my favorites list!

Oh, I really love this. You capture one of the Skyward Sword's most endearing characters splendidly. Batreaux's anxious comparison between the changes he experiences and those he sees in Link add just the right touch to tie the fic into the bigger picture of SS's story, and the old demon's impressions of the gratitude crystals recalls the other little threads that make up the tapestry of that wonderful games' universe.

"Kukiel was more of a best friend to him, for he felt like a child, himself, among a society of humans. There was so much for him to learn."- Love this line, so perfect!

Aww, that's so cute. Just that fact that Link got worse and worse, but was no where near giving up on finding Zellie. I like knowing more about Kukiel too, and that the Crystals have moments from how Link got them inside of their cores. Very well done! :3

This was excellent. I really dislike the consensus amongst Skyward Sword fans that Batreaux is a pedophile, and this is a perfect way to show just what he is and how it's different from attraction to children. He's sweet and surprisingly self-sacrificing, considering all the power he'd stand to lose by becoming human. Link's development alongside the demon's, especially how it tied with Zelda's, was fun. I also really liked hearing him absorb all the gratitude crystals and the stories that went along with that.

Also, I feel like the only person who pronounces his name correctly, with a silent "x". Great job!
