Just wanted to let you know that I thought this was a really great, well planned out piece of writing.

Ah! sneaky. I liked this for many reasons. Firstly, because I felt your description of the torturing wasn't too over the top, but it was descriptive enough for us - as readers - to understand what was happening.

Secondly, I really like LuciusNarcissa, so to have him feeling tortured by watching his wife being tortured is really sweet (in a way).

I love how you built it up to make us think it was Lucius and then at the end... BAM! Good job!

YES! Oh, thank you so very much for this! I cannot understand how people arrive to the conclusions of Lucius and Narcissa disliking each other, not being faithful to each other, or (worse) Lucius being an abusive husband. They are arrogant, pretentious, and prejudice, but they are loyal to absolute end to those in their inner circle: family.

Great characterization of Lucius, as per usual. :)
