when he doesn't say anything they'll probably trust cass less...they'll know he's not a wizard...

if Death himself appears and they have to make a deal that'll really change the story...like offering a few thousand orc lives for his. i bet death would accept that(if dean makes some food with all the bad fats...)

i wonder how they'd really have reacted at charlie though...she could have helped fight especially if she released her dark side(from the wizard of oz episode with her splitting in 2 and the violent one seeking vengeance on the drunk who escaped justice...)

if cass appears and the dwarfs stab him repeatedly and he heals himself they'll be really surprised...

they better hope cass gets here quick...

Oh my gosh, what an amazing story! I loved how you explored the character and relationships between the two sets of brothers. It was incredibly well written and could totally pass as an actual episode of Supernatural. Bravo!

I love this story so far! I love it how Sam's a total Hobbit nerd. :) I wish Charlie could have been there with them... But that probably would have been disastrous. Anyway, I'm assuming that Dean would at least know a little bit about Lord of the Rings, because one of his favorite songs mentioned in the show (Ramble On) actually has a direct mention to it. I think it's something about Mordor and Gollum. Back to the point, I love this story and can't wait to read more.

Hey, I know people have probably told you this already, but Dean DOES know of LotR before season 8. In the beginning of season 5, in the end of the episode 'Good God, Y'all', Sam and Dean get their hands on the ring of War. Afterwards, Dean jokingly says "So, pit stop at Mount Doom?". In other words, he knows LotR. There are probably other examples, but this is the only one I could think of.

I loved this whole story! (I usually read it all before I review) I would have liked to see more Bilbo in there but it was still amazing!
