I have binge read this over the last few days and have to say I loved it !
I was in tears numerous times .
Well written with great characterisation which really put flesh on the bones of the main protagonists as well as the minor ones.
Loved the use of both the books and the films combined with your own unique spin on the tale.
A refreshing change not to find unnecessary romance thrown in -and although i do like a bit of romance this would have been at odds with this story and it was a perfect tale of family love and friendship which so often gets overlooked by authors .
I can see that this author has not been active for a few years on here which is a shame.

This was very good indeed. My only quibble is that you used the movie version of LOTR and killed lovely Haldir, when in fact he was never at Helms Deep in the book (the only elf there was Legolas).

You should write more lotr or hobbit job
