I truly hope you realize what a terrible story this is. Not only have you changed all the characters personalities, but what they are entirely and even where they belong in time. You can't expect someone to see this mess and say, "Wow, what a well crafted piece of literature, it really reminds me of the characters that are represented within it". All of the fans of this story are people who say "OOOMGMMGMFMFMFMG BGBGBGBGBG SOOOO GUUDD :3 MOOOOARRR" Which is honestly borderline autistic

I wonder if you realize just how few people will be interested in this Assassins Creed story when none of the characters are going to be assassins. It's like a Naruto story without chakra, or a Bleach story without souls and swords. I hope you rethink it.
