Lol poisons and/or drugs do NOT work on Tsunade. Even then she could release her forehead seal and it would burn any poison or drug within moments. The Fire Lord has final say in who can be Hokage and has seals in places to block any chakra attack at him. So nice try but needs a lot of work.

Please do not ever mix Naruto with Bleach. They are so far apart and do NOT mix in the story. Even after reading your notes it is a HUGE mess of errors and things that go against each other.
