I like this one but the first one I love. It just something about that one that is interesting. Both are good stories none the less. But I wish Kiara could've live, at least she with her father now, uncle and sister-in-law now.

Also, haven't you guys read the description to TLK 2, "the final chapter of the trilogy" implying that there is no one after that also yea Kiara and Kovu don't have cubs so yea.

Agreed. This felt somewhat unrealistic because Kiara and Kovu don't have cubs and so adding characters who aren't on a show and don't fit in with the storyline doesn't really work and I know you said it's an AU but still I agree with Usher that I don't really like the idea either mainly because it's different to lion king and feels unrealistic.

Uh,how's this lion king 2,people there's already been a 2?Unless you think it's better,which I'm sorry to say it's not,because it felt like it was overwriting the original flim/book also I personally don't like Kovara(Kiara and Kovu's cubs)which are not even confirmed,so the idea is so overrated..but yeah,that's just my opinion,maybe.

Well I read this whole story and got confused part way in on who is who in the story. (First time reading a TLK fanfic) So I made notes and to the best of my ability tried to chart it out. I am so confused...

So I had read this story series a short while ago and enjoyed it very much...but I did read Secrets and Lies as well. Since that was made before this, I've noticed something about this story. Its pretty much the same as Secrets and Lies. Its all the same. Kali and Jasiri have a cub named Amri, while in this story Kiara and Kovu have Neo, both cubs in each story get kidnapped by a charcter we thought we could trust (In SAL: Fraka and in this story: Ni), but they were working with the antagonist the whole time, the kidnapped cubs that are taken to the Outlands are renamed (In SAL, Amri is renamed Buama and in this story, Neo is renamed Giza), the kidnapped cubs run away when they figure out the truth, a grandmother snaps them out of their denial, then the queen of the Pridelands is killed shortly after the kidnapped cub returns, then the mother of the queen is stuck in denial, actually realizes the truth, breaks down in devastation, and so on. All of what took place in this story was pretty much copied and pasted from Secrets and Lies and people are too oblivious to figure it out. Well I'm not stupid. I know you ripped off one of your own stories and to be honest, I'm pretty disappointed with you cause of it. I'm sorry, but if you're gonna resort to that, then you cant write very good. This story is a carbon copy, of Secrets and Lies, but with different characters taking the role of the SAL characters, therefore you're not even writing a new story. Even the authors notes are the same. That shows that you made no attempt to write something unique and thought you cause pass this off as a different story just because the title and characters are different, that all of your fans will buy it, but I certainly don't. Either you rewrite this story into something different or let everyone put two and two together and feel cheated for already knowing what's gonna happen in this story cause of Secrets and Lies.

Its ironic that Kovu is disappointed in Nuka and Vitani for losing the cubs, when Kovu and Simba lost Nuka and Vitani when they first went out.

Wait... why is Ni aligning himself with Kline and Duami? I'm actually surprised they got banished. In the last story I thought they realized that Jhani was throwing them under the bus? I love these stories so far. Keep up the good work.
