Aww I love the happy ending sooo much! Kind of a bit dark because it seems Alfreds mind is a bit blinded but I love it nonetheless!

This was the best set of fanfictions I've ever read, so kudos on that! This was really tragic to read, and I would love to know how the dead nations can still 'see' each other? Like is it in their brains that they can see them, or is it in their souls, or is it a euphemism for always remembering the dead?
Also nice job on the sex scene ., although it felt kinda (not too much; like hardly at all) rushed.
I was starting to get a feeling like maybe America had Stockholm Syndrome while reading this, but I'm sure that wasn't what you were trying to portray. I mean according to my life experiences? I know it's possible to get attached to someone simply because they're the only one who you /can/ get attached to. I'm gonna stick with this being true love though because my poor little shipper heart says so.
Anywho, great story! I'm probably going to read more of your stories...
